He is survived by: his sons, Mike Green (Kara) of Stow and David Green of Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Justin (Jessica), Michael (Alicia), Jenni (Asa), Chris (Luci), Rachael and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Jasper, William, Christina and Alma. He is also survived by his family, ensuring that his dear wife and sons.
