She was predeceased by: her father Charles Goodman. She is survived by: her husband Rick Collins; her children, Charley and Carson; her mother Rebecca Goodman; her sisters, Julie Haynes and Holly Hodges (Jason); her parents-in-law, Geri and Rick Collins; and her sister-in-law Ange Gazdacko (Jon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
