He is survived by: his children, Deborah Perkins (Jeffrey Morris), Tina Casalinova (David), Melinda Harris and Brian Jones; his sister Tammie Molnar; his stepfather John O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Jared Palmer (Jessamyn), Jacob Palmer (Marianna), Mario Perkins (Sully), David Casalinova, Angela Casalinova, Taylor Tharpe, Lisa Langham-Horak, Joseph Langham-Horak, Jamie Jones and Brian Jones. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
