He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Smith and Margaret Smith; and his brother Tom Smith. He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Odom (Mark) and Diane Aikens (Terry); his sister-in-law Linda Smith; his niece Kelsey; and his nephews, Justin and Brian Aikens.
