He is survived by: his wife Tammy Okulovich; his children, Mikhayla and Zachary; his siblings, Danny Callahan (Merry), Kathy McNeil, Mary Clark and Megan Kenneweg (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Diane Brock (Brad) and Samuel Okulovich; his nieces and nephews, Erin Barnett (Jake), Maureen Bohan (Mark), Josh Clark (Emily), Jonah Clark, Justin Clark, Kourtney Fellows (Corey), Kyle McNeil (Christin), Luci Kenneweg, Darold Eddy (Carlie), Nate Eddy (Joy) and Caitlin Eddy; and his mother-in-law Martha Olesek.
