He is survived by: his brother John L. Walczak; his stepbrothers, Don Goliath (Cathy), Eugene Goliath (Cheryl) and Greg Goliath (Theresa); his sibling's children, Kelly Walczak, Trisha Clark (Michael) and Brad Walczak; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Walczak, Jessica Clark, Logan Bender and Lucas Bender.
