He was predeceased by: his wife Lil; his son Dannie; his great grandchild Amelia Grace; and his parents, Wallace and Gracie.
He is survived by: his children, Curt Jr. Meade (Rita), Jody Barnett (Brad) and Paul Meade; his daughter-in-law Kim Meade; his grandchildren, Bobby (Bobbi), David (Janel), Kelley (Sue), Dannie, Ryan (Tina), Aaron, Brian (Tiah) and Adrienne (Dwight); his siblings, Carl Meade, Paul M. Meade and Wanda Davirro; and his close friends, Ray and Carol Hylton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lord's House (6105 Manchester Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
