He was predeceased by: his parents, Newt Henry and Alice Henry (Dannemiller); and his brother Bo. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Duffy, Debra Helmkamp (Bill), Diedre Bartemes (Greg) and Andy Henry (Cherrie); and his partner's children, Steven, A. J. (Lindsey) and Sarah (Justin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
