He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Tama, Yvonne, Richetta, Lloyd, Gwen, Ray, Greg, George Jr., Joyce, Bridgette, Curtis, Fernando Jr., Hazel, Darron, Lynn, Medgar, Ethel, Catherine, Billy, Carol, Desmond, Eve and Jimmy; his wife Dr. Beulah Hamilton (Baxter); his sons, Dave II of Akron and Aaron (Dishika) of California; his grandchild Demond Dobson of Akron; his daughters, Tracey (Timothy) of Akron and Kimbur Hamilton of Akron; his sisters, Eva Gordon of Atlanta, Esther Winchester of Russellville, Gladys Bradley of California and Lily Sangster of Westerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dinareo Hill (Sakiwa) of Akron, Darien Hill of Akron, D'Varis (Kasie) of Akron, Corley of Akron, Ericah Brown of Akron, Adelina Monteleone of Akron, LeAaron of California, Davion of California, Davionte Hamilton of California, Steven Smith of California, Jamie of California and Elijah Spence of California; his great grandchildren, Nora Fay, Jay, Jaxsen, Tevin, Cameron, Damia and Daquan; his mother-in-law Irene Baxter Palmer; and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Hamilton, Joanne Small, Belinda Baxter and Attorney Mack Baxter IV (Gina).
