He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Madzay and Helen Madzay. He is survived by: his sisters, Alexandra "Sandy" Lanza and Dodie White. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, great-nephews and nieces, and great-great-nephews and nieces.
