He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Blair and Rosalee Blair (Gilbert); and his siblings, William, Carl, Michael Blair and Sharon Simmons.

He is survived by: his niece Carla Simmons (William Westfall); his sisters, Janet Lemon (Jeff), Juanita Meeker and Roseann Conrad; and his uncle Robert. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

He was also an incredibly kind and generous man, often donating to charities when he himself had very little.
