He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Williams Sr. and Sallie B. Williams; his siblings, Eugene Williams Jr., Jeannie B. Young-Rice, Lois Williams-Cunningham and Martha Williams; and his siblings' children, Robert Young, Marshall Young, Garland Young and Shaunda Rice.
He is survived by: his son Darnell Williams; his grandchildren, Donovan L. Williams Sr. and Brooke A. Williams; his sister-in-law Shevaunghnd Williams (Vonzie); and his sibling's children, Norbert Williams, Cherlyn Young, Valerie Bozeman, Iris Williams, Rochelle Weiss, Renee Ellis, Cinda Johnson and Tonya Higginbottom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
