It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald H. Caldwell of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Donald's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Donald has bequeathed us. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Caldwell and Marvel Caldwell; his mother-in-law Edith; and his pets, Max and Vixen.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Caldwell; his children, Cindy Holzheimer (Bruce) and Scott Caldwell; his sister Sharon Goodwin (Marcel); and his sister-in-law Patti Tanner (Norman). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
