Dorothy Marie Starrmann Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 10, 2025, at the age of 95, Dorothy Marie Starrmann of Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father German; her sister Marilyn; and her friend Billie. She was also cherished by neighbors and caregivers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Dorothy's memory.
