It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ziga (Akron, Ohio), born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Hess and John Hess; her husband Michael G. Sr.; her daughter Terrie Siefert (Therese); and her siblings, Leonard and Virginia.

She is survived by: her children, Michael G. Jr. (Rebecca), Timothy (Judy), John Stephen (Barbara), David, Patrick, Rosemary, Bernadette Hall (Steve), Ann Marie Ziga McGoldrick and Rita McLaughlin; and her son-in-law George Siefert. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
