He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Walchalk and Ann Walchalk; his children, Robert Walchalk and Kim Mikulin; and his son-in-law Chris Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Walchalk; his children, Dave Walchalk (Mary) and Denise Rinehart; his children-in-law, Peggy Walchalk and Pete Mikulin; his grandchildren, Adam Mikulin, Amanda Mikulin, Cory, Kaitlyn Walchalk, Drew, Sara Walchalk and Kenneth Rinehart; and his great grandchild Luke Mikulin.
