She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Webb-Duhart and Reverend Ruel C. Duhart; her friend Rita Roache; her husband Floyd Griggs; and her siblings, James, William, Zary, Bartholomew Duhart and Catherine Duhart Simmons.
She is survived by: her friends, Janice Davis and Verlyn Cogburn; her daughter Marvel Richardson; her brother Harold Duhart; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra Minor, Mechelle Simmons Miller, Jan Fowler, Joe Simmons III and David Dimmons. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
