It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emlory Harris-Beasley (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Woodard and Emlory Woodard; her former husband Theodis "Ted" Harris; and her daughter Cheryl. She is survived by: her children, Theodore "Teddy" Harris (Deidre), Cynthia "Cindy" Harris and Sylvia Harris Douglas; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Aliyah, Sophia (Reece), Lauryn, Morgan and Camryn; and her brothers, Warren Woodard (Denise) and Chris Woodard. She is also survived by five nieces; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, extended family, and close friends.
