She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leuenberger and Cecilia Leuenberger; her husband Thomas J. McCusker; her siblings, Edna Mae McCort, Maryann Storad and John Leuenberger; her granddaughter Mariel Rose McCusker; and her children-in-law, Hayes Spangler and Kellie McCusker.

She is survived by: her sister Patricia Hicks; and her children, John McCusker, Vivian Saxe (Andy), Marcia McCusker, Maureen Menosky (Pete), Sheila Spangler and Karen Spangler (Jeff). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren who called her Granny; and her many friends.
