He was predeceased by : his father Frank Harris Harvey Sr.; his wife Robbin W. Harvey; his brother Robert Miller Harvey; and his daughter Mary Earlene Harvey. He is survived by : his children, Robert Scot Harvey of Dayton and Char Harvey Glatley (Larry) of Shaker Heights; his grandchildren, Mary Bulford (Patrick), William Harvey, Elizabeth Harvey-Dobbins (Kyle), Michael Harvey (Hannah), Melanie Harvey (Nick), Blake Glatley and Spencer Glatley; and his great grandchildren, Vincent, Noah, Lena, Chip, Elijah, Evangeline, Luke and Iris.
