He is survived by: his wife Sandra Horak (Sharp); his daughters, Dorenda Demyan (Dan), Kerri Libby, Elizabeth Stober (Tim), Francesca Lucas (Carl) and Amanda Garretson (David); his grandchildren, Daniel, Darielle, Adam, Ian, Autumn, Kyle, Presley, Capri and Race; his siblings, John Horak Jr., Tom Horak, Charles Horak and Joan Tedrick (Greg); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Davis.
