He is survived by: his pet Lucinda Harvey; his children, Crystal Winn, Ella Winn-Earley, Charity Brown, Amber Winn and Frank Winn, Jr.; his siblings, Erika James (Petie Pie), Linda Bickley, Rosalyn Haines-Berger (Johnny), Crystal Valrie (Calvin), Valerie Bickley, Sammy Higgins (Mary), Larry Bickley (Robin) and Antonio Poole; his cousin Eric Hill (Dywana); his niece Erika James-Fielding (Putt); his grandchildren, Tea, Mark, Treasurae, Arrington, Yonessjah and Ah'Rayna; his aunt Thelma Winn; and his extended family, Sharmon Hughes (Robert), Taylor Lindsey, Emmanuel and Crystal Brown. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
