He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Alberta Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Denise; his son-in-law Matthew Fresh; his grandson David (Stephanie Kahn); and his siblings, Jimmy (Sandi), Donnie and Sue Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
