He was predeceased by: his grandson Bret Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Anne Secoy (Harry), Anita Bailey (Dan), Fred Jr. and Mike Layton (Regina); his sister-in-law Janis Lambes; and his grandchildren, Daniel Visher Jason (Adrienne), Nathan Layton (Kenzie), Sarah Johnson (John), Krysti Fleming (Joseph), Allison Dupree (Tyler), Nick Parkhurst (Maghan), Zack Parkhurst (Natasha) and Brandy Wiley (Marcus). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
