She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Lazar (Ron) and Polly Costello (John); her grandchildren, Ashlee Frymier, Ryan Frymier (Katie), Jamie Costello, Cody Costello (Rachel) and Tyler Klingelhoffer (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Asher Costello, Kylan Pascley and Ivy Klingelhoffer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
