He is survived by: his son George Wischt (Toni); his wife Dolores; his children, Michael (Laurie), Paul, John (Lori) and Theresa McDowell (Patrick); his grandchildren, Maria Pfahl (Mike), George III, Rachel Collard (Kevin), Paul (Torie), Renata Boyd (Jake), Austin, Jackie Grahovac (Kirklin) and Kelsey McDowell; and his sister Alice Bonifacio. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
