We announce the death of Gerald Frederick Kaiser (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on November 3, 2026, at the age of 91. Gerald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Marie Kaiser. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Kaiser, Jr., Monica (Anthony), Jeff (Veronica) and Beth Ann (Chris); his grandchildren, Josiah, Isaiah, Noah, Micah, Moriah, Elijah, Jonah, Alex, Benji and Augustine; and his sister Anne Kaiser Bolash. He is also survived by spouses, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hummel Funeral Hummel Funeral Home (2800 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church (300 E Tallmadge Ave, Akron, OH 44310). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (100 E Waterloo Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
