He is survived by: his wife Mabel J. Lockard (Wells); his sons, Jonathan E. Lockard (Maria) of Munroe Falls, OH and David P. Lockard of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Ryan M. and Kerri; his great grandchild Brooklynn; his brother-in-law Wes Foster; and his nephew Gerald Foster.
