He was predeceased by: his father Howe Welch; his wife Jean; his mother Margaret Welch; and his mother-in-law Anna Kovarik. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Welch (Lisa), Kerry Diver (David) and Lynn Welch; his grandchildren, Jesse Welch, Corey Welch, Kailey Littman, Brynne Zimbardi, Kendall Campbell, Camden Diver, Shawna Welch and Jeffery Tournier; his sister Georgia Sheets (Glen); and his nephew David Vance. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harry's name to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.
