He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Paul and Doris Violet Duma. He is survived by: his former wife Connie Duma; his children, Rebecca Duma, John Duma (Anita), Deborah Clinton (Rick) and Pamela Cobb; and his sisters, Sandy Reno, Tonya Squibb, Elaine Harpool and Lori Rendall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
