He is survived by: his wife Janelle; his children, John Albertoni, Mechelle Metzgar (John) and Monica Holzapfel (David Jr.); his grandchildren, John Jr. Albertoni (Jessica), Briana Metzgar, Bryce Metzgar and Lydia Holzapfel; his great grandchild Jaxon Albertoni; and his stepsisters, Sandy Murphy and Kathy Pollock.
