James Joseph Belinsky Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2025, at the age of 92, James Joseph Belinsky of Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Belinsky and Stella Belinsky; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Judy Regan; his children, James Belinsky (Laurie), Daniel Belinsky, Terri McGlone (Dennis), Kimberly Robinson (Terry) and Debra Perkins (Michael); his grandchildren, Tyler Belinsky, Raegan Gomes (Tyler), Jeffrey Belinsky (Samantha), Alex Belinsky (Maria), Dennis Jr. McGlone (Joy), Jessica Quartuccio (Christopher), Matthew McGlone (Heather), Seth, Shane (Sadie), Sydney Robinson, Michael Jr. Perkins (Rama), Olivia Reale (Nicholas) and Haley Perkins (Reid Allen); his great grandchildren, Emmett, Roselyn, Jack, Eden, Mason, Ava, Charlotte, Beau, Cooper, Nico, Leo and Madelyn; his sister Dory Malloy; his in-laws, Vic Regan (MaryAnn), Bill Lane (Denise) and John Dorefice; and his caregivers, Rachel, Stephanie and Senior Helpers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home - Akron Chapel (1990 S Main St, Akron, OH 44301). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (1580 Brown St, Akron, OH 44301). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital (https://donate.lovetotherescue.org) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
