He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Duncan and Emma Lou Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Jaclyn Villasenor (Michael) and Brian Duncan (Meredith); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Grayson Villasenor, Tanner and Avery Duncan; his brother Randy Duncan (Rita); and his cousin Tim Jones.
