He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorenzo Headley and Mary Headley; and his brothers, George Headley (Lois) and Bob Headley (Norma). He is survived by : his wife Mary Grace; his children, Jim Headley (Mary Pat), Nancy Wahl (Mike), Maureen Sloan and Susan Young; his grandsons, Daniel Headley (Toni), Patrick Headley, Michael Wahl, Joseph Wahl (Dana) and Anthony Wahl; and his parents-in-law, Bob Quinn (Mary Ellen), Anne Marie Reedy (Jack), Bill Quinn (Monica) and Kathy McColaugh (Mike). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Guardian Angles Catholic Church (1676 S Cleveland Massillon Rd, Copley, OH 44321). A mass will be held on Saturday, October 7th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
