He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Anita, Jimmy, Lance (Sarah) and Chad (Amy); his grandchildren, Crystal (Danny), Kylie (Korie), Jimmy (Taylor), John (Jessica), Lizzie (Travis), Alissa, Brandin and Jaelin; and his great grandchildren, Lola, Penelope, Jocelyn and Lyanna.
