She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Whittaker and Ereva Whittaker (Starcher). She is survived by: her husband Tom; and her children, Michelle, Matthew, Sharon and Stephen. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jo Ann's memory to Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305, to assist with funeral expenses.
