Joan Marie Weist Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2025, at the age of 87, Joan Marie Weist (Akron, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Marie Weist to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard W. Casenhiser and Martha M. Casenhiser (Domin); her husband William "Bill" Weist; and her brother Ed Casenhiser (Kathy). She is survived by: her children, William Weist (Laura), Tama Salvaggi (Darrell Ovak), Marta Weist and Greta Weist (Carl); her brothers, Richard Casenhiser (Anne), James Casenhiser (Sally), Paul Casenhiser (Teri) and Mark Casenhiser; her grandchildren, Steven (Lara), James, Lyndsey, Will (Carli), Amanda, Adrian (Reznor), Joshua, Gabe, Sol, Isaac and Naomi; and her great grandchildren, Genavieve, Milena and Adler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223). A Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
