He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sr. and Dorothy; and his daughters, Christy and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his son Joe IV Forlines (Laura); his grandchildren, Joe V, Grace, Haley and Jimmy; and his sisters, Dorothy Brown and Diana Early.
