We bid farewell to John Hentosz (Akron, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2025 at the age of 101. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hentosz and Mary Hentosz; and his wife Edna. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Cornelius. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (2569 Romig Rd # 301, Akron, OH 44320). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fop Lodge #7.
