He is survived by: his wife Patricia Finneran-Baker; his brother William Leutz; his children, Stephen S. Baker Sr., Deanna L. Lammie, Brian K. Baker and Laura F. Emplit; his grandchildren, Jason E. Baker, Sydney C. Baker, John Lammie, Kyle Lammie, Nathan Lammie, Makayla Higgins, Breana Lemons, Corey Emplit and Patricia Mast; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Baker, Ethan Baker, Breeah Baker, Amelia Mast and Abigail Mast.
