He was predeceased by: his father Chris Sarvis. He is survived by: his mother Helen Sarvis; his wife Mayette; his son Anthony; his siblings, Tom Sarvis, Dan Sarvis (Barb) and Anne Silliman (Jay); and his nephews, Andrew Sarvis Matthew Maggie (Dan) and John Michael Silliman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
