He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Tuel and Melba Tuel. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne; his sons, Tyrone Tuel (Lisa Clement) of Kent and Robney Tuel of Columbus; his brother Richard Tuel (Gloria) of Hartville; his grandchildren, Ian and Emma Tuel; and his great grandchild Joshalina Tuel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
