He is survived by: his caregiver Brad Walczak; his daughters, Kelly Walczak and Trisha Clark (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashley Walczak, Logan Bender, Lucas Bender (Sarah Ballash) and Jessica Clark; his stepbrothers, Don Goliath (Kathy), Eugene Goliath (Cheryl) and Greg Goliath (Teresea); his cousin Betty Naswadi; his sweet lady Pam Benner; and his caregiver Heather Knoll.
