John White Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John White (Akron, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don White and Dolores White; his sister Kathleen; his sisters-in-law, Ruth White and Marilyn Vaswani; and his in-laws, Russ and Laura Sooy.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Phillip (Sarah) and Sarah Sheppard (Mike); his grandchildren, Emma, Christopher, Joseph Sheppard, Riley Shaffer and Jesse White; his siblings, Patti Nawrocky (David) and Donnie White (Joanna); his brothers-in-law, Russ Sooy Jr. (Gladys) and Moti Vaswani; and his nieces and nephews, Kristie Spiegel (Matt), Julie Reis, David White, Lydia Criss (Mark), Anna Disbrow (Dennis), Daniel Sooy (Rebekah), Neeta Vaswani, Katelyn Appleton (Jeremiah) and Aaron Sooy.
