He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kostra and Freda Kostra; his brother Andy Kostra; and his half-sister Christine. He is survived by: his brother Michael Kostra (Vickie) of Texas; his half-sister Andrea Iske of Oklahoma; his nieces, Kelly Cain (Keith) of Akron, Ashley Thomas (David) of Texas and Brittany Wheeler (Matthew) of Texas; his stepmother Gloria Kostra of Akron; and his sister-in-law Jane Kostra of Akron.
