He was predeceased by: his father James Franczak. He is survived by: his mother Carla Franczak (Kooken); his daughter Shiloh Katerina Franczak; his wife Jennifer; his brother Tom Franczak; his siblings' children, Anna and Aiden Franczak; his sister Neaka Franczak; and his nephew Memphis Schwing. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schermesser Eberhardt Funeral Home (600 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, OH 44319). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Joe's surviving widow and daughter.
