He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hoffmann and Moira Hoffmann. He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Jan Gradisar); and his children, Mike (Kate McCarthy Hoffmann), Brian (Trisha Petit Hoffmann), Karen (Stan Kenner), Mary K. (Dan Redmond), Sarah (Ryan Crane) and Mark (Marisa Lamkin Hoffmann).
