She is survived by: her children, Johnny (Barbara), Paul and Amanda (Nick); her grandchildren, Tyler (Katelyn), Andrew, Morgan, Landen, Haylee and Dawson; her great grandchildren, Hazely, Grahm and Kolson; her siblings, Madeline (late John), Paul (Peggie) and John (Susan); her sister-in-law LaRue Klein; and her friends, Geri, Mitzi and Liz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers Katherine requested donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
