She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Simmons and Earl Simmons; and her siblings, Kurt Simmons, Tina Grady and Laura Simmons.

She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Valerie (Russel); her children, Mark and Jennifer; her stepchildren, Michael and Marisa; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kathyrn, Samantha, Mark, Grace, Connor and Evie; and her great grandchild Paisley. She is also survived by her extended family and dear friends.
