He was predeceased by: his sister Ellen McSweeney. He is survived by: his son Ethan Goodwin; his siblings, Kathryn McSweeney, Edward McSweeney, MaryAnne McSweeney and Peggy Penberthy; his nieces, Ariana McSweeney and Erin Penberthy; his nephew Liam McSweeney; and his great-nieces, Jacklyn and Lilah Hiller.
